Can I change my Octopio login email?

Yes, you can, if you already have a functioning Octopio account.

To do so, simply drop us an email at support@octopio.com with:

  • The name of the account
  • A scanned image of the card used in the transaction with only the last 4 digits visible
  • A valid photo ID matching the name on the card

We will change your Octopio login email, (but your password will remain the same).
